We are happy to announce the successful completion of one of our four key projects for 2025! In collaboration with National University “Odesa Law Academy” and Riga Nordic University, the Association “ÉADHC” has published the collective monograph: 📖 “Public Law, Human Rights, and Decentralization in France and Ukraine: From History to European Integration”.
This scholarly work brings together researchers from Ukraine, France, and other EU countries to discuss:
1) Human rights in the digital age and beyond.
2) Decentralization and public authority challenges.
3) The historical evolution of public law.
The monograph is published by the European house “Baltija Publishing” (Latvia) and is assigned with ISBN and DOI for each section.
This publication marks the final stage of our 2025 research initiative, fostering academic ties between Ukraine and the European Union.
