The Right to Housing in Times of Crisis: European Experience and Ukrainian Perspectives

The workshop brought together legal scholars, EU and Council of Europe experts and practitioners to discuss one of the most pressing humanitarian and legal challenges of our time: how to rebuild and modernise Ukraine’s housing policy in line with European standards – particularly in relation to the millions of internally displaced persons within Ukraine, as well as the protection of the right to housing for temporary protected Ukrainians in EU States.
