Dear colleagues,
As we move closer to the ÉADHC General Assembly (scheduled for April 14, 2026, in Paris), our internal discussions have reached a final point.
While AI offers immense potential for public efficiency, its impact on Human Rights remains the most critical challenge of our decade. From privacy and non-discrimination to the right to a fair trial, the digital transformation requires a robust legal shield.
Expert Spotlight:
Our initiative is guided by Natalia Mishyna, a leading expert in constitutional law with a specialized focus on human rights protection within AI-driven systems. Natalia Mishyna argues that before we apply AI to specific administrative levels, we must first ensure that AI systems are compliant with international human rights standards “by design”.
What we are preparing for the Assembly:
A Human Rights-Centric Approach: Moving beyond technical compliance to ethical legal frameworks.
The EU AI Act & Beyond: Analyzing how new regulations protect individual freedoms in the digital age.
Expert Network: Building a coalition of legal scholars to monitor AI impact on fundamental rights.
We believe that the protection of the cognitive liberty is the starting point of any technological integration.
We want to hear from you:
What is the single most important human right that you feel is at risk due to unregulated AI? (Privacy? Equality? Freedom of expression?)
Join the conversation as we finalize our 2026 project roadmap.
