The Étude Académique des Droits de l’Homme et du Constitutionnalisme (EADHC) is proud to join as a co-organiser of the International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Development of the Doctrine of Administrative Law in the Context of Contemporary Societal Transformations”, to be held on 14 May 2025 in Irpin, Ukraine.

This event brings together leading legal scholars, practitioners, educators, and students to explore the challenges and opportunities for administrative law amidst war, reconstruction, and European integration. The conference is co-hosted by academic institutions from Ukraine and across Europe.

Why It Matters to EADHC

This conference directly aligns with EADHC’s vision of promoting human rights and constitutional values through legal scholarship, education, and advocacy. Administrative law plays a pivotal role in ensuring the rule of law, access to justice, and accountability in public administration – all of which are vital to the protection of fundamental rights in times of crisis and recovery.

Our Contribution

As co-organisers, EADHC will:

  • participate in expert panels on the intersection of administrative law and human rights;
  • present research on the role of administrative law in upholding fundamental freedoms;
  • support a dedicated session for young researchers and early-career legal professionals;
  • help disseminate conference findings across European academic and policy networks.

Impact and Visibility

Conference proceedings will be published with DOI identifiers and indexed in the Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI), ensuring visibility and academic recognition for participating scholars.
