The Étude Académique des Droits de l’Homme et du Constitutionnalisme (EADHC) is proud to act as an international co-organiser of the III All-Ukrainian (National) Contest of Scientific and Educational Publications on Law, Security, and European Integration “Juridica”, held on 16 May 2025 in Odesa, Ukraine.
The contest, initiated by Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and supported by a wide network of national and international partners, aims to encourage the publication of high-quality legal and educational literature relevant to Ukraine’s war-time challenges, post-war recovery, and European integration. Over 130 entries from across Ukraine were submitted in the second edition – this year’s event continues the momentum.
Why It Matters to EADHC
This initiative directly reflects EADHC’s mission to promote constitutional values and human rights through legal education, research, and scholarly excellence. Supporting quality publications – particularly those addressing public law, security, and EU integration – helps strengthen Ukraine’s democratic institutions and alignment with European legal standards, even in the face of war and aggression.
Our Contribution
As an official international partner of the 2025 contest, EADHC:
- proposes the Prise to the youngest participant of the competition (consultation to boost the scientific career);
- contributes to international recognition of legal academic excellence in Ukraine;
- helps elevate outstanding Ukrainian publications before a European audience;
- supports visibility for young scholars and reform-oriented legal educators;
- participates in the jury through the nomination committee, represented by EADHC Director Natalia Mishyna.
Impact and Visibility
Award-winning publications receive official recognition through commemorative awards and diplomas, and are promoted via partner networks. The ceremony will take place during a formal gala on 16 May 2025 (Science Day in Ukraine) in Odesa.
